A wide range of residential projects
The company began as the "Etgar Engineering" group, which provided services for the initiation and construction of various engineering projects, including public buildings, residential buildings, commercial buildings, offices, and more. Over the years, there was a growing demand among its customers for the group to enter the field of real estate development, and to this end, the company "Etgar Boutique Al" was established.
During its 20 years of activity in the market, Etgar Engineering has managed over 700 different projects in the fields of residential real estate, income-producing real estate, commerce, and industry. Currently, the company is managing approximately 70 different projects in central Israel. At the same time, Etgar Boutique Al is responsible for approximately 15 real estate projects under TAMA 38/1, TAMA 38/2, and evacuation and construction plans, some of which are under construction and some of which are in the planning stages. Etgar Boutique Al focuses mainly on cities in central Israel, and among other things, it builds and plans projects in Ra'anana, Holon, Herzliya, Yehud, Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, and Givatayim.

Owner and CEO of the company
The company's CEO and owner has 30 years of experience in civil engineering. A civil engineer with extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of the construction industry. Eyal holds a degree in civil engineering from the Technion, and in the past served as manager of the Ashtrom Eilat branch, manager of the Paradise Red Sea Hotel construction project in Eilat, and manager of the City Tower project in Ramat Gan. Eyal is a major (reserve) and served in the army as a company commander in an elite infantry unit and as a construction officer.
