TAMA 38/1 - Reinforcement

Also called "reinforcement NPA." This involves renovating an old building to strengthen it and improve its resistance to earthquakes. In the NPA 38/1 process, instead of demolishing the building, the foundations are renovated and strengthened against earthquakes and missiles, while adding fire protection systems and a general renovation of the building for the benefit of the residents.

TAMA 38 Amendment 3/2 - Demolition and Construction

This is a process of constructing a new building in place of the old building, from Masad to Tefahot. In the TAMA 38/2 process, the tenants are evacuated to rental apartments, and the building is completely demolished in favor of a completely new building. This TAMA process can be carried out on a single building, unlike cases of evacuation and construction where there is a requirement to carry out the process for several buildings.

Evacuation Construction

In the construction-reconstruction route, old buildings that do not meet earthquake standards are demolished, and in their place new buildings are erected, with advanced construction and environmental care, with the intention of improving and upgrading the standard of housing and quality of life of the residents. This route requires compliance with threshold conditions.

Tenant housing + free market

Participation in tenders by the Ministry of Housing and the Israel Lands Administration, winning and implementing housing projects for tenants / reduced housing.

Land acquisition and improvement

Acquisition of land zoned for residential use and its improvement to create significant projects with a mix of uses for residential + commercial + office construction.

Combination transactions

Implementing various combination transactions for residential, commercial and office areas
